The Reclaimed Motherhood Movement
Women weren’t breaking. They were carrying too much.
Tracy spent close to twelve years working as a social worker, and it shaped a belief she has carried ever since: people are not defined by their struggles, but by their strengths — even when they cannot see those strengths themselves. Motherhood then reshaped her understanding. As a mum of two, Tracy experienced first-hand the invisible load so many women carry: the emotional labour, the identity loss, the exhaustion, the guilt of wanting space, and the quiet wanting of more for yourself. She recognised that women were not failing — they were overloaded, unseen and stretched beyond their limits. This is what shaped her mission: to support women in reclaiming themselves, setting boundaries, reconnecting with their identity, and creating space for joy, purpose and ambition.
This isn’t simply about coping with motherhood. It’s about reclaiming yourself within it.
